Blue Lantern Mr. Blue Noise Generator and Lockhart Wave Folder

This is a cool 4HP module that combine’s (3) useful ‘utility’ type circuits.

The first is a Noise Generator. This only has outputs. It Generates White Noise, Lowpass White Noise, High Pass White Noise, and Red Noise. This section is good to make Wind sound or to help make Percussion Metal sounds, for example Hi-Hats. It can also be used to generate ‘Random’ Voltages or to give some dirty sound to another module.

The next section is called a Lockhart Wave Folder. This will take a Sine or Triangle wave and output a Folded or Warped Wave. With the use of an attenuator right before the input chain you can fine tune how much fold you want. To make it even sweeter you also get a Square or ‘Pulse’ wave output. Both outputs can be used simultaneous.

The last section is a gate to trigger converter. This is useful to convert gated signals into trigger signals for use on percussive Modules.
